Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations. Everything is baked to order. You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your delivery date. Cancellations within 48 hours can’t be refunded, because your order is already in production.

Changes. To change your order or delivery date, contact us at least 48 hours ahead. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Quality issues. If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, email hello@bakedbyscratchnyc.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Missed deliveries. We can’t refund orders that can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address or because no one is available to receive them.

Custom and event orders. These require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
